RECRUITING CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Search for contracts (send email)
Answer the company phone (receive incoming calls).
Drafting contracts.
Take care of signed customers.
Take monthly customer surveys.
Coordinate the implementation of new goals.
Support other tasks as required.
 WORKING STANDARDS:

- Qualification: College graduate or higher in related major.
- Good communication skills, dynamic and sensitive.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic at work.
- Able to work independently and make work plans.
- Knowing how to draft English contracts and having customer care experience is an advantage.
